| Help Desk Team Lead Our client located in the Toronto area is currently looking to fill the position of Help Desk Team Lead. As the selected Help Desk Team Lead, you will be required to provide leadership and mentorship to the Help Desk Team, carry tasks to completion and rise to the challenges of the business teams while always looking for possible solutions. Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in the role of Help Desk Team Lead, you must be experienced with task flow and prioritization. You will have experience with procurements, staging, XP, 2000, Office 2003, Outlook, network troubleshooting and password resets in AD. Additional requirements include experience with printer troubleshooting, imaging computers, desk side and phone support, ticketing software and a basic knowledge of server.
