Customer Service Representative

This role will exceed customer’s expectations by providing excellent customer service and maximize customer growth by following company guidelines and fostering
cooperative spirit through teamwork.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer
service
• Interview applicants for loans
• Research and evaluate loan
applicant’s financial status,
references, credit and
risk
• Determine eligibility of
application
• Complete and submit credit
and loan documentation
• Promote sale of credit and
loan services
• Manage past due accounts

Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and
sales skills
• Outstanding people skills
• Prior experience in a similar
industry
• Exceptional organizational
skills
• Strong communication skills
both in person and on the
phone • Self-motivated and
self-directed
• Problem solving experience
