Human Resources Consultant •Primary HR contact for RTL Robinson Enterprises (RTL) and Arctic Sunwest Charters (ASC). •Develop posting and advertising strategies to target and recruit candidates. •Coordinate internal and external advertising (job postings and media placements) with the Director of Human Resources and the Communications Coordinator. •Assist the Communications Coordinator with maintenance of the Careers page on RTL and ASC websites. •Represent RTL and ASC at career fairs and other networking functions. •Respond in a timely manner to initial inquires (i.e. phone, e-mail, or in person) from applicants. •Schedule interviews, conduct interviews and make decisions on selection in consultation with the Director of Human Resources. •Conduct reference checks and prepare offers of employment. •Execute hiring documents and conduct orientations with employees. •Conduct exit interviews as required. •Prepare and analyze recruitment, turnover and exit interview reports. •Assist with development of Retention Strategies. •Administer employee benefits. •Ensure employment equity mandates are satisfied. •Drug and alcohol reconciliation. •Other duties as may be required.
