| SALES PERSON / ACCOUNT MANAGER Hiring and Recruitment Sales Work from your Home Office / Telecommuting SALES PERSON / ACCOUNT MANAGER - Recruitment and Hiring Sales Work from your Home Office / Telecommuting We are the leader in online hiring and recruiting both in Canada and the US utilizing social media and are looking for a professional SALES PERSON / ACCOUNT MANAGER to call on accounts by phone and possibly in person where possible. We are seeking a person with a professional phone voice and manner who has experience or knowledge in the recruitment, hiring or online job posting fields. You must have excellent fast computer skills, ability to multi task and possess strong telephone sales skills along with above average customer service skills. You will work from your home office; you must have a late model fast computer along with high speed internet access and a phone service with a long distance plan. You will be required to be on the phone all day outbound calling, taking inbound calls and doing follow up emails with clients and prospective clients. This is a very fast paced environment. While you build your business we expect 40 plus calls daily. You need to be able to write good grammatically correct emails and correspondence and be able to see opportunity and capitalize on it when communicating with clients. This is a performance based position with very high income potential. We only work with professionals who commit a minimum 40 hours plus weekly. We prefer a university education but will take real life experience in place of a degree. Once you sell a client they are protected and yours; you will work within a 15 person plus sales team that covers North America meeting 2-3 time weekly online and in constant contact via instant messaging and CRM.
